Job summary

Jewson, part of the STARK Group, is seeking a Sales Executive to manage a portfolio of accounts across Dover, Hythe and Folkestone. You will build strong relationships, drive profitable sales and ensure a seamless experience through proactive engagement and effective project follow-up.

Working with branch teams and suppliers, you will ensure orders run smoothly, identify opportunities to grow and onboard accounts while reactivating dormant relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management or customer support.
• Commercial awareness of margins, rebates, delivery charges and credit processes.
• Clear, professional communicator across phone, email and in person with customers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your assigned account portfolio.
• Develop trust relationships with customers to maintain and improve profitability.
• Be proactive, responsive, and conduct regular site visits and customer check-ins.
• Follow up and requote projects to meet revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Work with branches to prioritise orders and align with site delivery schedules.
• Provide specification and product data as required.
• Support onboarding of new accounts and expand relationships with customers.
• Identify opportunities to reactivate dormant accounts and grow new ones.
• Build strong supplier relationships and partner to grow customer business.
• Collaborate with branches and colleagues to deliver strong outcomes for customers.
