Job summary

Novabook in London is hiring Account Executives to scale our AI-native sales engine. You will own the deal cycle from prospecting to close, working day-to-day with the COO and a fast-growing team.

We offer uncapped commissions with strong base salary (£40-50k) and the potential to reach £100k+ for top performers, plus a supportive startup culture investing in your learning and growth. You will engage founders daily and help drive ARR growth as part of a unicorn journey.

Qualifications

• Accounting background with partial or full professional qualification (ACCA/CA).
• Willingness to learn quickly through internal tools and training.
• Hungry to close deals in a commission-based role with clear targets.
• Comfort speaking to founders and business owners daily.

Responsibilities

• Own the deal cycle from prospecting to close with end-to-end ownership.
• Prospect, build relationships and manage the sales pipeline.
• Convert opportunities into revenue by engaging founders and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with the COO and sales team to accelerate growth.
