We’re hiring for a high-growth healthtech scaleup that's redefining specialist-led care, starting with orthodontics. Their software enables general dentists to deliver aligner treatments in collaboration with certified specialists, transforming outcomes and scaling modern dental practices.

Backed by top-tier VCs (like Balderton) and fresh off a record quarter, they're now looking for a commercially sharp Account Executive to lead UK mid-market expansion.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning the full 360° sales cycle
  • Closing 6 to 8 deals per year with practices of 150 to 200 people
  • Running deep consultative sales over 5 to 6 month cycles
  • Selling a dual-revenue model: SaaS plus usage-based consumption
  • Working alongside product and clinical ops to shape customer experience

You'll thrive if you:

  • Have 3 to 5+ years of AE experience, ideally in start-ups or scaleups
  • Are curious, coachable, and hungry to master complex sales motions
  • Enjoy building outbound motions from scratch (call-heavy)
  • Know how to sell to smart but non-technical audiences
  • Have the grit to manage longer cycles and the intelligence to keep momentum
