Account Executive – HealthTech | London
Specialist-Led Dental SaaS
Hybrid (Mon, Weds, Fri in-office, Hoxton)
£70–80k base | ~£130k OTE | Usage-based commission + equity
We’re hiring for a high-growth healthtech scaleup that's redefining specialist-led care, starting with orthodontics. Their software enables general dentists to deliver aligner treatments (think, invisalisgn, clearSmile) in collaboration with certified specialists, transforming outcomes and scaling modern dental practices.
Backed by top-tier VCs (like Balderton) and fresh off a record quarter, they're now looking for a commercially sharp Account Executive to lead mid-market expansion across the UK.
What you'll be doing:
Owning the full 360° sales cycle
Closing 6 to 8 deals per year with practices of 150 to 200 people
Running deep consultative sales over 5 to 6 month cycles
Selling a dual-revenue model: SaaS plus usage-based consumption
Working alongside product and clinical ops to shape customer experience
You'll thrive if you:
Have 3 to 5+ years of AE experience, ideally in start-ups or scaleups
Are curious, coachable, and hungry to master complex sales motions
Enjoy building outbound motions from scratch (this will be call-heavy)
Know how to sell to smart but non-technical audiences
Have the grit to manage longer cycles and the intelligence to keep momentum
