At Zero Friction, we’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to help us expand our footprint in the UK. From developing a focused territory plan to closing deals and sharing key market insights — you’ll be our go-to expert in one of our most exciting markets. If you’ve got a hunter mindset, know your way around complex B2B sales, and are ready to take full ownership of your region, we want to hear from you!

We’re serving small to Enterprise customers and shaking things up in the district heating and cooling market. Without major investment, billing and cost allocation of collective heat and other energy types is fully automated. Main responsibilities
Develop and own a territory plan for the UK, including account segmentation and a smart outreach strategy (email, LinkedIn, events, campaigns, etc.)
Execute your plan independently and consistently — from prospecting to closing
Manage your pipeline and all commercial opportunities using Hubspot
Meet with stakeholders across key target accounts to understand their needs and pitch our solution
Collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, product, and customer success to keep deals moving forward
Forecast accurately and report weekly on pipeline and deal progress
Stay plugged into the UK market and share insights on competitors, customer expectations, and potential partners
Does this sound like you?
Experience in complex B2B sales environments, ideally SaaS
Solid knowledge of the UK energy & utilities market - with bonus points if you’ve worked at or sold to companies like Sycous, Skybill, etc.
Excellent communicator and relationship builder — persuasive, structured, and results-oriented
Self-starter who can work independently and take full ownership of a region
Experience with Hubspot CRM is a must — bonus points for tools like LiSN, Lusha, Surfe
