This role requires you to be a Hunter, identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients within your territory. It’s a new business development position where you’ll demonstrate your hunting skills by engaging decision-makers, uncovering needs, demonstrating our products’ value, closing deals, and supporting implementation. You’ll work collaboratively with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, Product Specialists, and your sales leader, with a focus on success and earning potential.

This hybrid role involves working at our Hammersmith, UK headquarters on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

What you’ll do:
  • Proactively build relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Use prospecting techniques to find and nurture contacts within your territory.
  • Leverage internal and external networks to support the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support customer engagement and sales progress.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and SaaS demonstrations to decision-makers.
  • Identify customer needs and offer optimal solutions.
  • Develop a strong sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and achieve targets.
  • Attend initial and ongoing training to stay informed on industry trends and solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas through negotiation and closing skills.
What you’ll need:
  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience; SaaS experience is a plus but not required.
  • A passion for learning and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong prospecting, planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Results-driven mindset aligned with NAVEX’s core competencies.
Our side of the deal:
  • Career planning and review after six months.
  • Starting salary of £45,000 with a target variable pay of £45,000 based on performance.
  • Performance-based pay progression.
