Account Executive – Residential Property Owners Insurance, London

Join a leading insurance provider in a pivotal role managing a Residential Property Owners portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Account Executive to combine technical broking expertise with strong relationship management to deliver service excellence for a long-standing client with a Captive placement structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management – Build and maintain strong relationships within the Residential Property Owners sector.
  • Captive Structure Management – Oversee placement within the Captive structure (no technical setup required).
  • Renewal & New Business – Proactively manage renewals. Handle new business opportunities throughout the year.
  • Strategic Market Engagement – Maintain consistent, high-level relationships with a key market, engaging through regular meetings.
  • Client Engagement – Meet with various levels within the client’s organisation, including monthly visits to the parent company and Property Manager offices.
  • Business Development – Grow the Captive structure and develop new business opportunities within Property Management and other related sectors.

Key Requirements:

  • Residential Property Owners Insurance Expertise – Strong technical knowledge required.
  • Captive Knowledge – Familiarity with Captive placement.
  • Relationship Management – Proven ability to build and develop key strategic relationships.
  • Renewal & New Business Focus – Strong negotiation skills with a proactive approach.
  • Client Engagement – Excellent communication skills to foster relationships across all levels.
