Job summary

Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking, part of Benefact Group, are seeking Account Executives to join our South Wales offices (Swansea / St. Clears / Llanelli / Cardiff).

You will lead client relationships, drive sales and renewals, and unlock new business opportunities within the UK commercial insurance market. Cert CII or equivalent experience is preferred; Diploma in Insurance is valued.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of and proven experience within UK Commercial Insurance, new business focused role.
• Commercial acumen with track record of profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales & growth: achieve targets through prospecting and client engagement.
• Client relationship management: maintain relationships via meetings and tailored advice.
• Operational excellence: manage leads, meetings and income with effective planning.
• Collaborative representation: work with colleagues to maximise opportunities and represent professionally.
