This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary starting from £40,000, a hybrid working model, 35 hours per week, and a comprehensive benefits package.

About the role

Lloyd & Whyte, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a Development Executive to join our Community Broking team in their Exeter office.

We're looking for an experienced Development Executive, keen on delivering outstanding service and driving meaningful impact in the insurance sector. As a Development Executive, you'll lead client relationships, meet sales and renewal targets, and unlock new business opportunities through strategic reviews and expert advice, all in support of our wider growth strategy.
