Job summary

Jumpstart, based in London, connects ambitious salespeople with exciting VC-backed startups. As part of their program, you will have exclusive access to high-growth sales roles and receive direct pitches from founders.

Applicants should have some sales experience or be proactive recent graduates. Salaries range from £80K plus OTE and equity depending on experience, with ongoing support and mentorship provided to help you thrive in your role.

Qualifications

• Experience in SDR, BDR, AE roles or similar.
• Background in recruitment, teaching, estate agency, fundraising, or hospitality.
• Proactive graduates eager to showcase achievements.
• Familiarity with AI tools for sales prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Join a startup and build the top of the sales funnel.
• Work with founders to shape the first sales motion.
• Prospect, qualify, and generate pipeline and opportunities.
• Own the sales cycle from qualified opportunity to close.
• Identify and scale strategic partnerships for new revenue.
