Job summary

OLIVER in Madrid, part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking an Account Executive to support campaign delivery and client coordination. You will work with the client and studio team to meet timelines and budgets, reporting to the Account Director in Spain and collaborating with a 23-person team.

This is a learning-focused role where you develop account management skills, build brand understanding, and contribute to live projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
• Experience in client services or project coordination is preferred.
• Exposure to digital, print, video, or POS deliverables is a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication is essential.
• Strong organization and attention to timelines and budgets.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of advertising campaigns on time within brand guidelines.
• Create and maintain detailed project timing plans.
• Communicate goals and updates effectively with clients.
• Keep team and client informed on project progress.
• Monitor progress and flag issues early; collaborate with senior colleagues to resolve.
• Coordinate studio resources from brief to delivery.
• Contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions and build client relationships.
• Help ensure deliverables meet client needs and OLIVER's quality standards.
• Support client growth by identifying opportunities to add value.
• Utilize Gen AI tools to improve quality and efficiency with human oversight.
