Account Executive | 80k - 90k OTE (Remote - UK Based)

We’re hiring an Account Executive to join a boutique HR technology consultancy transforming how enterprise organisations select, implement and optimise digital HR systems.

About the Company

This consultancy partners directly with Chief HR Officers, HR Directors, and senior HR leaders to lead strategic HR technology transformations. Acting as a transformation coach, they support organizations through every phase, from initial system assessments to vendor selection, implementation, and long-term optimization.

With deep relationships across leading platforms (including Dayforce, Workday, HiBob, and Eightfold), they empower clients to streamline processes, elevate the employee experience, and realize ROI on their HR technology investments.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Account Executive, you’ll be a key force in driving lead generation, managing outreach, and collaborating closely with partner sales teams and internal consultants. You’ll also have a seat at the table in shaping go-to-market initiatives and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:
  • Proactively identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients using Brevo, Apollo, and PipeDrive CRM tools.
  • Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) from leading HR tech vendors (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, HiBob, Eightfold) to target accounts, create joint campaigns, and execute lead generation strategies.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handover to the consultancy team for deeper engagement.
  • Marketing Support:
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategies and campaigns, aligning with overall business development efforts.
  • LinkedIn Management:
  • Support the in-house marketing team by managing and growing the company's LinkedIn presence through regular posting, campaign execution, and professional networking.
  • Campaign Execution:
  • Help plan and execute joint marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, and content campaigns, both independently and with partners.
  • Events Representation:
  • Host and represent the consultancy at industry events, conferences, and partner functions, actively engaging with prospects to build relationships and promote brand awareness.
  • Reporting & Insights:
  • Keep accurate records of prospecting activities and pipeline development in PipeDrive, and provide regular performance updates to leadership

About You:

You’re energetic, resourceful, and thrive in a consultative sales environment. You enjoy building trust with senior decision-makers and are excited by the challenge of working on high-value, enterprise-level deals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience either in a HR SaaS company or consultancy
  • Proven ability to drive outbound lead generation and ability to manage full sales cycle
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with or alongside large SaaS vendors
  • Proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and goal orientation
  • Familiarity with long, consultative enterprise sales cycles
