Account Executive | 80k - 90k OTE (Remote - UK Based)

We’re hiring an Account Executive to join a boutique HR technology consultancy transforming how enterprise organisations select, implement and optimise digital HR systems.
About the Company
This consultancy partners directly with Chief HR Officers, HR Directors, and senior HR leaders to lead strategic HR technology transformations. Acting as a transformation coach, they support organizations through every phase, from initial system assessments to vendor selection, implementation, and long-term optimization.
With deep relationships across leading platforms (including Dayforce, Workday, HiBob, and Eightfold), they empower clients to streamline processes, elevate the employee experience, and realize ROI on their HR technology investments.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Account Executive, you’ll be a key force in driving lead generation, managing outreach, and collaborating closely with partner sales teams and internal consultants. You’ll also have a seat at the table in shaping go-to-market initiatives and marketing campaigns.
