About the Role

We are seeking outstanding Business Development Managers to join a high-performing London sales team. Your primary focus will be securing new partners for a disruptive Real Estate business specializing in Dark Kitchens, which are used by food brands to cook solely for delivery on platforms like JustEat, Uber Eats, and Deliveroo.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop meaningful relationships with key decision-makers at independent and growing restaurants across the UK.
  • Manage a pipeline with at least 50% outbound deals, supplemented by inbound MQLs.
  • Lead customer pitches and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Conduct in-person facility tours and manage the entire sales process.
  • Maintain reliable revenue forecasting and an accurate sales pipeline in CRM.
What You’ll Need
  • 3+ years’ experience in sales within an outbound, commission-based environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality or real estate markets; restaurant operations knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive hunter with grit and face-to-face selling expertise.
