Job description

We are a fast-growing digital agency specialising in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients. Our team thrives on innovation, collaboration, and a passion for all things digital. We are now looking for a highly motivated and digitally savvy individual to join our team in this exciting and versatile role.

THE ROLE

As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our senior team and ensuring the seamless delivery of client projects and internal operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and eager-to-learn individual to gain experience across various aspects of a digital agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Project support: Assist in delivering client projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  2. Client communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status, answering inquiries, and assisting with project requests to ensure satisfaction and smooth project execution.
  3. First-line support: Manage support requests for website and app clients, troubleshoot and resolve issues, or escalate to the appropriate technical team when necessary. Monitor and respond promptly to client queries in support inboxes, ensuring issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  4. Reporting: Generate and maintain monthly client reports, focusing on project progress, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to keep clients informed.
  5. Content management: Update and edit client websites using CMS platforms like Umbraco or WordPress. Ensure content is accurate, up to date, and adheres to client brand guidelines.
  6. Admin support: Provide general administrative assistance to the Client Services team, including help drive efficiencies and improving internal processes.
  7. Meeting coordination: Assist in the coordination of internal and client-facing meetings, including scheduling and preparing materials.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Required

  1. Strong interest in the digital industry and a proactive approach to learning new skills.
  2. Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  3. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  5. A proactive and self-motivated individual who takes initiative and anticipates client and team needs.
  6. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  7. Basic experience with CMS platforms such as Umbraco or WordPress.
  8. A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
