About the role
Your first account
The first account that you work on will be a large pharmaceutical client for which we provide in-house marketing services (including medical copywriting, graphic design, email production and project management) for their Content Hubs
You would be the EMEA & North America Regional Lead for this account, working into the Global Lead, also based in London. You would be the key client point of contact for all in-house roles within EMEA and North America. These roles are primarily either fully remote, or hybrid within the client’s regional offices.
Existing team
You would oversee the EMEA & North America team – made up of specialists such as Medical Copywriters, Graphic Designers, Multimedia Specialists, Digital Production Associates (Email & Content Producers) and Content Delivery Managers (Project Managers).
You would work closely with the individuals’ Line Managers to ensure that the staff hit their KPIs to fulfil their individual SOWs, including a 95% ‘right first time’ project hit rate and a 95% ‘on time’ hit rate.
New recruits
As the team grows quickly through EMEA and North America, you will lead the team growth. Working with our Talent Acquisition Team, Finance Team, Hiring Managers, People & Culture Team and Line Managers – and of course the clients - to ensure a best-in-class Hiring and Onboarding process.
Governance
You will lead the governance of the account through weekly status meetings, monthly governance meetings and quarterly business reviews.
Long-term planning
You will work with the Global Lead to develop best-in-class operational plans to support the client’s in-housing strategy.
What you’ll do
· Day to day account management: leading team and client meetings, working closely with the client and agency teams to ensure the smooth running of multiple projects
· Working as a key part of the Greenpark team to deliver best in class digital content that meets and exceeds the project KPIs
· Continually develop insight and knowledge in client's sector, services and products
· Develop strong client relationships to enable project growth and maximise upsell opportunities
· Expertise managing multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment
· Coming up with new ideas and strategies to boost project performance and growth
· Helping to ensure teams develop and publish work in line with the agreed strategic direction: to a high standard and on time
· Financial and scope management of existing and new budgets and deliverables. (On some clients you may have the support of a Project Manager)
· Creation of Statements of Work for client review and approval and ensuring that the project remains within this scope
· Passion for collaboration and creative problem-solving to ensure the highest-quality work
· Creation of internal briefs for our various teams to work from
· Creation and management of client-facing project interface
· Planning and allocating resource on projects
· Ad hoc related tasks.
About you
· 2+ years’ Account Director experience within a digital content-focused agency
· Experience working with brand name clients
· A comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape, including web development, social media, search engine optimization, content marketing and future trends
· Passion for collaboration and creative problem-solving to ensure the highest-quality work
· Strong understanding of the digital content landscape – from planning and research, to production, publishing and reporting
· Solid understanding of SEO and related metrics
· Highly organised and able to manage workload effectively
· Adaptable, confident and self-motivated
· Mature personality to relate and interact with people at all levels
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Strong commercial experience (scoping, costing and billing)
· Ability to track budgets and report on project profitability
· Comfortable in a fast-moving and project-based environment
