About The Role

Account Director - Drive Growth and Strategic Partnerships

Are you an experienced Account Director eager to influence high-value, strategic accounts? We seek a dynamic leader to manage and expand two key accounts within our medical communications team, shaping future partnerships and contributing to our success.

Engage in initiatives beyond client work, including our culture, social, and DEI groups. Join a friendly, non-hierarchical team committed to excellence and creativity.

Our hybrid work model combines in-office collaboration at Sea Containers in London on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with remote work, with plans for increased in-office days, communicated well in advance.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide strategic leadership and insights aligned with client objectives.
  • Manage client relationships, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Lead internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high standards.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
