The Opportunity

Our client is a global creative communications agency looking for an Account Director to join their West Midlands office. You will work with key clients, supporting the strategic direction of their events. Previous event agency experience and comfort discussing content and strategy at a senior level are required.

About The Company:

They are a full-service, global creative agency with offices in London, The Midlands, and Manchester, specializing in Live and Virtual Events, Campaigns, Films, and Incentive Travel. They focus on translating strategies into engaging experiences.

About You:

You should have 5+ years of event production agency experience, strong project management, and excellent interpersonal skills. You will manage client projects, lead content development, oversee financials, ensure quality, and manage resources and teams. Strategic thinking, client management, and business development skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client projects across multiple teams, including large-scale events.
  • Lead creative content development across media.
  • Oversee financial management, ensuring profitability and adherence to contracts.
  • Maintain quality standards and process improvements.
  • Support resource allocation and client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to pitches.
  • Oversee health & safety compliance and CRM updates.
  • Lead and develop account teams, fostering a positive company culture.
