Job Description

As an Account Director, you'll work closely with the agency Managing Director to lead a successful client services team and deliver award-winning campaigns.

• Own and lead the marketing strategy for integrated accounts within the agency.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Implement client requirements by working collaboratively with creative, data analysis, performance, digital, and photographic teams to ensure complete execution of the contract brief.
• Maintain relationships with media suppliers to secure favorable rates and deals.
• Propose proactive ideas for clients and advise on relevant opportunities.
• Stay alert to new opportunities for both clients and the agency.
• Participate actively in meetings and follow through on decisions for the company's benefit.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal candidates will have experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager in integrated or creative agencies, with proven success in developing and delivering marketing strategies.

• Experience reporting on marketing performance, working with analysis teams.
• Friendly, approachable team player with a can-do attitude.
