Qualifications

  • Working towards or holding Dip CII/Cert CII qualification.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance market and client relationships.

Would you like to join a team of expert Insurance Account Executives? Our encouraging and ambitious team is looking to hire a new member to join their dynamic office. Working for a global leader in the insurance market, you will be responsible for servicing accounts efficiently and flexibly. You will support your peers to meet client demands, achieve renewal retention, and drive growth. You’re driven, hardworking, and business-focused, always keeping our clients at the center of your actions.

How you'll make an impact
  • Control the renewal process for your clients.
  • Gather information from Clients and Prospects using excellent communication skills.
  • Maintain and grow your book of business by pursuing and securing new leads.
  • Discuss renewal terms openly with customers and explore alternatives.
  • Negotiate with brokers to obtain the most competitive terms that meet client objectives.
  • Visit clients as appropriate to showcase your interpersonal skills.
  • Assess account queries and credit control matters, resolve them efficiently, and escalate concerns to the appropriate team.
  • Identify and act upon new business opportunities, recommending them when appropriate.
About You
  • Holding or working towards Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Dip CII/Cert CII.
  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent with a strong knowledge of general insurance products and services.
  • Strong understanding of the client market, insurance industry network, London Market, Lloyd’s, and industry practices.
  • Attention to detail in administration, policy documentation, and processes.
  • Excellent client service focus; prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to generate and drive new business using exceptional communication skills.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Committed to continuous industry knowledge development.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
