Job summary

Wavenet is seeking an Account Director - Flex Workspace to lead growth in the UK flex-space sector. You will win multi-site coworking and serviced office brands, expand within existing portfolios and support rapid site rollouts with scalable connectivity solutions.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will articulate ROI tied to occupancy, tenant retention and premium pricing, while building executive relationships with CEOs, Property Directors and IT leaders to secure long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling into multi-site property landlords/operators.
• Experience with managed office or coworking providers.
• Track record closing £250k-£1m+ TCV deals.
• Strong network with board-level engagement.
• Understanding of SD-WAN, SASE, UCaaS and enterprise Wi-Fi.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Flex Workspace go-to-market strategy.
• Build a target list of UK and regional operators (10-200+ sites).
• Identify expansion plans, acquisition activity and new building launches.
• Position Wavenet as preferred infrastructure partner.
• Drive multi-site deals and structure multi-year contracts.
