You will take a key position in our business predominantly managing your own accounts and projects at a senior level, working closely with the creative and strategy teams.
Whilst this is not a new business role, we would love you to bring your enthusiasm and expertise to input into proposals and help the management team shape new business pitches.
This is a relationship and commercially focused role responsible for organic client development and new client growth.
Your Role
Your role will be to develop effective strategic partnerships, delivering successful projects and long-term growth for the client business and for 20.20.
Aligning to 20.20 values, you will build trust with our clients through integrity, honesty, and making genuine human connections.
- Nurture existing client relationships and ensure projects are delivered to excellent standards, on time, on budget
- Understand client sector, brand and business objectives
- Be the champion of your clients’ business within the 20.20 to ensure their objectives are delivered
- Prepare, present and negotiate client estimates, proposals and tenders
- Financial management of accounts including 3rd party negotiations and bought-in-cost estimates, expenses and invoicing
- Lead the internal project teams alongside Creative / Strategic / Business Director leads
- Daily project management from brief to team planning, execution and delivery
- Nurture growth by identifying new opportunities within the client’s project team and potential new clients within their business
- Support the new business team in winning new clients through proposal writing, cost estimates, leading pitches and attending new business meetings when needed
- Work with Managing Director on driving the commercials – budgeting, forecasting, commercial management
Salary Expectations:
£55,000 to £65,000based on experience
Our dream candidate would be someone with:
- Relevant sector experience particularly in hospitality, sport & entertainment venues, and retail experiences. You should have a good knowledge of working in the brand/experience space
- Experience in both interior and brand design processes
- An understanding of strategy, specifically translating strategic drivers into creative executions
- Strength and attention to detail in daily project management tasks, from planning, resourcing, shaping content and leading teams
- Commercial astuteness with clear examples of winning, retaining and building client loyalty and delivering business revenue growth
- Ability to deliver exceptional client service
- Experience working with C-Suite / Senior Management client levels, as well as implementation partners
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and success leading, retaining and growing accounts
- A pro-active approach, with the prefect balance of being autonomous and an integrated team player
- A genuine passion for the design process and an understanding and desire for quality output, always
- Emotional intelligence and empathy – toward our clients and our team
- Experience in digital is a bonus
