What You'll Bring:

We're looking for an Account Director - Banking to join our growing team.

Day to Day You'll Be:
  • Achieve an annual revenue target within the Banking sector
  • Produce professional and compelling material to support sales pitches
  • Personally lead, manage and run the sales process, bringing in additional resources as required
  • Develop a strong personal network of contacts to stay aware of the market, both clients and competitors, and provide valuable feedback to the business
  • Manage one high-profile Banking account, predominantly southern based, representing significant revenue and diverse needs
  • Be a subject matter expert on the assigned accounts, the financials, products/services, market, and client needs
  • Negotiate and manage the contracting process between TransUnion & client organisations
  • Identify, build, and develop relationships with key stakeholders to maximise revenue opportunities
  • Manage and develop relationships for strategic and large accounts to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify market opportunities for new products and solutions, build a business case, and champion through development
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Extensive experience in client-facing, strategic sales roles or selling complex solutions in a full cycle environment
  • Experience managing the full sales process
  • Drive and enthusiasm to manage your own account book
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to influence at all levels
  • Strong stakeholder management skills internally and externally
  • Proven ability to create and deliver effective executive-level presentations
  • Understanding of working in a regulated environment
  • Full UK driving license, as occasional travel is expected
