Job Description (What you have to do)

We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Account Director with a specialisation in Creative and Experiential to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded by providing exceptional service and solutions that meet their production requirements.

The Account Director will work closely with our production teams to develop and execute successful campaigns that deliver on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.

This role would also be suitable for an experienced Account Manager who is looking for their next step.

Core Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand the client's business and marketing objectives, and use this knowledge to develop effective solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, design, production, and account management, to develop effective and innovative creative solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business, working closely with the Business Development team to generate leads and proposals.
  • Mentor junior members of the Creative Services team, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure their success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, sharing insights and best practices with internal teams and clients.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management,
  • Strong understanding of production processes, including video, print, digital, and experiential.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to clients and internal teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and manage effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in an agency environment is preferred.
  • Previous experience with a focus on creative and/or experiential production.
  • Understanding of the broadcast, streaming, entertainment and gaming industries
