ABOUT THE ROLE
The fast-growing Paid Social arm of our Media team is looking for an Associate Account Director to oversee a large Financial Services client, whose business objectives cover brand awareness and the acquisition of new business credit card accounts.
The perfect candidate will have strong experience working on both brand and performance (direct-response) clients through key channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit and TikTok, with other channels such as Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat and others being a plus. Experience in working with Financial Services clients is valued.
This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who is looking to be the expert on all things Paid Social for both our client and internal planning team. Whilst the client is well-established, so the role is ideal for someone who is able to create and implement processes and best practices. In addition to owning the paid social strategy and the test and learn roadmap for the client, they need to be able to work very closely with everyone in the team.
They will support the Paid Social Account Director with the planning and implementation of new initiatives such as new channels implementation and the continued innovation on the account. They will also manage an Account Manager and support them with the planning, management, occasional set-up and optimisation of campaigns, and the training and development of the junior team.
This role is ideal for the candidate to join an award-winning team and learn from a wide range of clients, industries and digital disciplines, which are of central importance to today’s advertising and media industry.
