Us

Beneath is a small B2B marketing agency doing big things. B2B tech is our niche, and we’re lucky enough to work with some very cool brands in enterprise software, adtech, global telecommunications, and more. Our client roster stretches from smaller scale-ups to billion-dollar players on both sides of the Atlantic. We’re a remote agency, but we get together in London occasionally for training and socials.

Through positioning, branding, campaigns and content, we deliver effective marketing with depth and quality. In our fifth year of steady growth, we’re looking to expand our client services team for some exciting new opportunities in 2025.

You

You’re a people person with a head for numbers and an eye for detail. You’ve got at least 5 years of B2B agency experience in client services under your belt, ideally in tech. And it goes without saying that you’re a dab hand at the practical and commercial stuff – you can see a project through the various departments to completion, to a high standard, profitably, and to a deadline. But you also have a strategic head. You get to grips with your clients’ offerings, markets and marketing opportunities, and you earn their trust as an advisor.

You’re happy working remotely. As an agency, we want team members to embrace the freedoms and opportunities remote working can offer and to make hours work for them and their families. Prioritising flexibility and a healthier work/life balance is good for us, and good for the agency.

We think we’re after an AD (or an SAM looking to step up to AD) but if you’re not exactly in that mould and would still like to chat, let us know why.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day, you’ll ensure the smooth running of client accounts, becoming a trusted extension of our clients’ marketing teams.
  • You’ll develop an understanding of client needs and pain points, and use these insights to help us deliver impactful work.
  • You’ll help shape our growing operation and processes.
  • You’ll help drive new client engagements, grow existing ones, and be an all-round champion for the agency.

The opportunity

This is the perfect fit for someone who wants to take initiative and control of client relationships and projects, and have an outsized influence on our trajectory as a growing agency.

The role

● Remote but regular meet-ups in London – offices are so 2019.

● £50k–60k depending on experience.
