Job summary

You will mentor account teams, oversee campaign performance and reporting, manage budgets and profitability, and contribute to pitches and agency development. Based in Leeds city centre, five days a week in the office, with a collaborative team culture.

• Confident communicator and presenter, skilled at building relationships and managing challenging conversations.
• Commercially minded and highly organised, with experience managing budgets, profitability and competing deadlines.
