Aramark UK is recruiting an Account Director to lead operations at a large multi-campus university in Hertfordshire. The role involves managing sites with a total turnover exceeding £4 million, driving operational excellence, and ensuring high standards of service and financial performance.

About the Role

As an Account Director, you will oversee site-level operations, develop strategic initiatives, manage client relationships, and lead contract negotiations. You should have strong experience in multi-site management, be innovative, detail-oriented, and confident in managing teams, clients, and P&L.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead operational and financial performance of university catering services
2. Implement strategic initiatives for business improvement
3. Engage and communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders
4. Develop propositions for the higher education market in collaboration with senior leadership
5. Ensure compliance with HR, hygiene, safety, and food safety regulations
6. Conduct client reviews, support business retention, and lead contract negotiations

Candidate Requirements

1. Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in a complex multi-campus environment
