Role Overview

We are seeking a VIP luxury travel consultant / account director for an expanding luxury tour operator. The ideal candidate will manage one of the company's biggest clients, primarily focusing on luxury holidays in Europe and Asia, ensuring smooth operations internally and externally. Responsibilities include coordinating with reservations, concierge, and lifestyle teams, and acting as the main contact during clients' travels. The role offers a salary around £60k plus attractive bonuses and benefits.

- Manage a key American client, a bank, booking high-end luxury trips across Europe and Asia.

- Serve as the liaison between the clients and internal teams to ensure seamless trip arrangements and excellent customer service.

- Handle travel logistics including hotels, flights, yachts, cruises, private jets, restaurants, private tours, spa treatments, and other requests.

Skills and Experience Required

- Experience in VIP luxury travel, dealing with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs).

- Strong knowledge of Europe and Asia travel destinations.

- Preferably experience with US clientele.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

- This is a home-based role with occasional visits to the London office.
