Job summary

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) is seeking a hybrid role professional to support both account management and production responsibilities, handling renewal/retention and new business goals.

The role may involve supervision of others and coordination across development and client acquisition, delivering high levels of service to assigned accounts. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a required license and ideally hold CPCU, CIC or ARM designations.

How you'll make an impact

Has both account management and production responsibilities--hybrid role. Has both renewal/retention and new business goals. May manage others. Responsible for the combined functions of the development and successful acquisition on new business revenue from new and existing clients and providing a high level of client service to assigned accounts. Performs heavy, ongoing servicing of accounts.

About You

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years related experience required. License required.

Preferred

• Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred. Excellent sales capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
