We are looking for a relationship-led Cyber Account Director. If you’re a seasoned sales professional who excels at building trusted client partnerships, driving new business, and navigating complex security landscapes, this is your opportunity to take ownership of strategic accounts and help shape our next phase of growth.

As Account Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening long-term client relationships while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities. Acting as the strategic bridge between our clients and internal teams, you'll ensure we consistently exceed expectations and deliver measurable growth.

You'll collaborate closely with our BDM and marketing teams, leading client-facing events, hosting industry events, and driving brand visibility to generate new pipeline and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition while maintaining and growing existing key accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients
  • Shape strategy and deliver on revenue targets with the Sales Director
  • Develop budgets, reporting, and performance evaluations across accounts
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues to maintain client satisfaction
  • Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients
  • Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust
  • Effectively communicate with BDM team to ensure a suitable flow of new business opportunities
  • Take ownership of accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting, working closely with sales administration to ensure full visibility and predictability across all opportunities

About You

  • Proven experience in an Account Director or senior account management role
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Good understanding of enterprise technology and cyber security trends
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, organisational and leadership skills

·Excellent communication interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships

  • Adept in storytelling, presentations, and strategic thinking
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics
  • A creative mindset and ability to think outside of the box
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in the cyber security sector
  • Background in sales or growth-focused environments
