Account Director - Events & Experiential
Banbury, Oxfordshire | Hybrid Working (3 days in office) | up to £50,000
There comes a point in events when you're ready to stop managing the chaos and start shaping what happens next.
You've probably spent years making ambitious events happen. Managing clients, solving problems, protecting budgets and keeping everyone happy, often when things behind the scenes are anything but straightforward.
But you're capable of more than making things run smoothly.
This is an opportunity to take proper ownership of major client relationships, influence the creative direction of events and have a genuine say in how an agency grows.
You'll be working with major brands on everything from launches and brand experiences to conferences, hospitality and large-scale live events.
And rather than simply delivering someone else's ideas, you'll help shape them from the beginning.
You'll own a portfolio of accounts, lead senior client conversations, oversee commercial performance and guide the teams responsible for making everything happen.
The creative side matters here too. You'll be encouraged to challenge briefs, spot opportunities and help turn good ideas into experiences people remember.
The agency itself has a long history in live events, with creative and production expertise in-house. That means working closely with people who understand how to turn an ambitious idea into something that actually works.
You'll have significant experience in an events or experiential agency, ideally already managing major accounts or ready to step up from a senior account management position.
You'll understand event delivery, be comfortable with budgets and margins, and know how to build relationships that keep clients coming back.
Most importantly, you'll want to be involved in shaping the work, not just overseeing it.
You'll be based near Banbury, with hybrid working available.
