The Role

We're seeking an Enterprise Account Development Representative to work on the USA market. This means your working hours will be midday until 8pm UK time)

You'll be joining a team of 7 existing ADRs, reporting directly to our global ADR manager. Your mission? To identify and qualify potential clients, creating new business opportunities for our enterprise sales team.

What You'll Do

- Conduct in-depth research on target accounts and decision-makers

- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, including LinkedIn, email, and phone

- Develop personalized messaging based on prospect personas and goals

- Collaborate with the sales team to drive targeted account strategies

- Continuously refine your approach through A/B testing and performance analysis
