Job description

Account Development Executive

Our success is built on outstanding customer service, hard work, and a strong team culture. We believe in delivering WOW experiences to both our customers and our valued employees.

We are proud to be Great Place to Work certified, a testament to our dedication to fostering a culture of support, growth and development, as well as promoting well-being, and winning together. The key purpose of this role is to support the growth and retention of consumables revenue across the customer lifecycle, while delivering a positive and professional customer experience. The role is responsible for proactively engaging customers to maximise consumable sales, increase product penetration, prevent downtrading, and re‑engage customers who have stopped ordering. While a high standard of customer interaction is expected, the primary focus of the role is commercial performance and revenue growth. This role offers a base salary of £28,000 with an OTE of £34,000.

  • Flexible and adaptable to help out the team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Accountable for their responsibilities, requiring minimal supervision to fulfil a varied role to a high standard.
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Responsive, with a ‘service‑driven’ approach to deliver the ‘wow’ factor.
