Rockwell Automation is seeking a Customer Support Agent to manage relationships with existing customers and support the external sales team. You will be the main point of contact, delivering service via phone and email, handling inquiries, and providing updates on orders and repairs.

You will prepare quotations, process invoices, and arrange collections while aiming to maximise sales potential across Lektronix’ accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCSE in English & Mathematics.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Care.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and manage a geographical area to maximise its sales potential.
• Maintain customer relationships and key accounts.
• Provide quotations and process invoices for repairs and spare parts.
• Support external sales teams and liaise with workshops to coordinate orders.
• Offer after-sales support and investigate customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
