Job summary

East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an Accommodation and Transport Officer to support accommodation and transport services, acting as a first point of contact for enquiries, and coordinating authorised taxi bookings to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You will maintain accurate records, handle administrative tasks, and work closely with Estates, Maintenance, and Domestic Services to resolve issues promptly while upholding Trust policies and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience performing administrative duties in a busy office environment.
• Ability to maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
• Good ICT skills and ability to input, update and retrieve information.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support for accommodation and transport services.
• Be the first point of contact for accommodation and transport enquiries.
