Job summary

Away Resorts is seeking an engaged supervisor to lead our accommodation cleaning team at Tattershall Lakes. You will manage and motivate cleaners to maintain high standards, handle inventory, and resolve issues, ensuring guest accommodation is pristine.

The role requires supervising a team, coordinating with managers and staff, and maintaining safety and policy adherence, including bank holidays as needed. Seasonal hours around 16 per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in a holiday park.
• Self-motivation with the ability to work unsupervised.
• Good verbal and written communication with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cleaning team to prepare accommodation to high standards.
• Check accommodation and cleaning areas meet standards.
• Work with the park team to ensure guests have a great holiday.
• Keep paperwork up to date on repairs, complaints and accidents.
• Ensure safety policies are followed by the team.
• Identify training needs for the team.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, you’ll be overseeing the cleaning team who prepare and clean our guest accommodation. This will include:

• Managing and motivating your team of accommodation cleaners to prepare accommodation to high standards, including cleaning, inventory checking and resolving problems
• Checking accommodation and other areas of cleaning meet or exceed our standards
• Working together with your team, other supervisors, your manager and the wider park team to ensure our guests have the perfect holiday
• Keeping paperwork up to date, including repair and maintenance requests, complaints and accidents
• Ensuring your team adhere to policies & procedures for their safety and the safety of guests
• Helping to identify and address the training needs of your team

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on bank holidays too.
