Job summary

MesaBilling is seeking an Accommodation Office Administrator to provide clerical and administrative support during the summer. The role involves ensuring smooth service provision for students and other visitors, requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and flexibility. This temporary position offers £12.86 per hour based in Manchester City Centre.

Qualifications

Previous admin experience in a Higher Education setting is preferable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good computer skills with experience working with Excel, Word, and MS Outlook.

Job Overview

Working within a supportive vibrant team giving clerical and administrative support for key activities of the business during the summer, supporting the day-to-day provision of services to students and other visitors.

To undertake reception-based tasks, dealing with all customers, in a courteous and informative manner, to the agreed standards - via telephone, email and in person as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

Previous admin experience in a Higher Education setting is preferable but not essential
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to compose a professional, concise email.
Flexible and responsive to customer needs and able to provide information and guidance, whilst maintaining confidentiality.
Good computer skills with experience working with Excel, Word, and MS Outlook
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment and meet deadlines.
High level of accuracy in data recording and inputting.
