Job summary

Haulfryn Ltd. is seeking an Accommodation Hire Deputy Manager at Finlake Holiday Park to lead housekeeping and hot tub operations, ensuring five-star presentation and guest satisfaction.

You will oversee day-to-day leadership, recruit and develop teams, manage safety and compliance, and coordinate with maintenance and other teams to keep lodges guest-ready and compliant.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in housekeeping or hospitality.
• Strong people leadership skills to motivate and coach teams.
• Experience with basic water chemistry testing and hot tub maintenance.
• Excellent organisation, communication and time management.
• High level of attention to detail and pride in delivering five-star standards.
• Confidence handling guest concerns and making sound operational decisions.
• Understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Housekeeping Manager in the day-to-day running of Housekeeping and Hot Tub operations.
• Lead and motivate teams to deliver consistently high standards across accommodation and spa facilities.
• Ensure lodges and hot tubs are cleaned, checked and presented to five-star standards.
• Oversee hot tub compliance including water testing, microbiological results and safety procedures.
• Act as a key point of escalation for guest concerns relating to cleanliness, presentation and hot tub safety.
• Coordinate with maintenance, sublet and operations teams to ensure lodges are guest-ready on time.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance development across both departments.
• Maintain strong stock control of cleaning supplies, chemicals, PPE and equipment.
• Monitor KPIs including guest feedback, audit results and compliance records.
• Uphold all Health & Safety, COSHH and company compliance requirements.

What You’ll Do

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll bring:
