Job summary

Haulfryn is hiring a Hot Tub Maintenance Person for Finlake Holiday Park in Devon. The role is permanent, 40 hours per week, with a annual salary of £27,248.

You will maintain hot tubs across lodges, perform regular water testing, and liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. The position requires physical fitness and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, with opportunities for training and career development within a longstanding UK holiday

Qualifications

• Previous hot tub maintenance or basic water testing experience.
• COSHH experience with commercial cleaning chemicals.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weathers.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the hot tub team across a range of lodges, ensuring all hot tubs are functioning correctly and maintained to a high standard.
• Carry out twice-daily water chemistry testing, deep cleaning on changeover days, and address issues swiftly to minimise guest disruption.
• Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure hot tubs remain in excellent condition.
• Complete all compliance paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain stock levels of chemicals, PPE, and relevant supplies.
• Follow all health and safety procedures, ensuring safe working practices and correct use of PPE.
• Support a five-star guest experience by resolving faults and maintaining operational excellence across all hot tubs on site.
