Job summary

Away Resorts at Sandy Balls Holiday Village, The New Forest, Fordingbridge, is seeking a dedicated Accommodation Cleaner to deliver top‑level cleanliness across all units. You will follow our standards, work flexible shifts from 10am to 2pm, and help us create WOW moments for guests. Training is provided, with emphasis on attention to detail and a can‑do attitude.

This seasonal contract offers on‑site work within the Away Resorts family, with a friendly team and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working to deadlines as part of a busy team.
• Strong eye for detail and high standards.
• Willing to be flexible with shifts to fit a busy schedule.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain a high level of cleanliness in all accommodation units.
• Work to agreed standards and maintain a positive attitude.
• Handle flexible shifts from 10am to 2pm and cover bank holidays.

We want you to make our accommodation so clean that it sparkles. So clean that when guests arrive at their accommodation for the first time, we can hear them say “Wow!”

Who we are?

Sandy Balls Holiday Village is a world away from your day to day, with more trees than you can... well, shake a stick at. We have resident alpacas, a bush-craft school and forest laser tag, along with the usual holiday heroes of cycling and swimming. But New Forest holidays are also about tranquillity, which is why our Retreat spa and cosy, cottage-style lodges and caravans are here to help our guests unwind.

What you'll be doing

As a member of the Accommodation cleaning team you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining a high level of cleanliness in all units of accommodation you are asked to look after.

You must be ableto demonstrate that you can work to agreed standard and be positive in your nature.

Are you a parent looking for work that fits around your busy schedule? We understand the challenges of balancing work and family life. That's why we offer flexible shifts from 10am to 2pm, allowing you to drop off your kids at school and pick them up afterward.

One more thing...holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on bank holidays too.

Skills, experience and qualities you'll need

We’ll provide full training, but you must:

• Be comfortable working to deadlines as part of a very busy Team
• Have real attention to detail with the highest of standards
• Be adaptable...conscientious and very organised
