YMCA Bournemouth is seeking an Accommodation and Support Worker to provide essential support to residents in various housing settings. The role involves working with vulnerable adults, offering personal support, and promoting independence. Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications and experience in health and social care, mental health, or drug and alcohol support.

We are a supported needs Housing Association, providing short-term intensive housing management and support to residents in hostel rooms, shared houses, and self-contained flats.
We offer personal support through 1-to-1 key working, group sessions, life skills workshops, counseling, advice, and guidance, along with additional services to promote independence and a positive future. We value dignity, respect, and independence for our residents.
Previous experience working with vulnerable adults with support needs or clients who have experienced homelessness is desirable. Qualifications in Health and Social Care, mental health, or drug and alcohol support would be advantageous.
Salary: £13.00 per hour / £27,040.08 per annum (full-time)
Full-time: 40 hours/week; includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Part-time: 20 hours/week; includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
