Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to support the Accommodation Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this hands‑on role, you’ll lead a team to maintain spotless, well‑presented holiday homes across our parks, conduct regular quality checks, and train staff to uphold Parkdean’s high standards.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating tasks, ensuring stock levels, and resolving guest queries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a busy hospitality or service environment.
• Ability to conduct quality inspections and ensure high cleanliness standards.
• Comfort with physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to train and develop team members on on‑the‑job coaching.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleanliness, safety, and presentation of holiday homes.
• Lead regular inspections and address non‑compliance promptly.

• Ensure team has tools, supplies, and stock to perform duties efficiently.
• Handle guest queries with minimal disruption to stays and foster positive guest relations.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and COSHH.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff, providing feedback based on performance data.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities and report shortages.

Join us as our new Accommodation Supervisor, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the Accommodation Manager and Assistant Accommodation Manager to ensure our holiday homes consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. In this hands‑on role, you’ll actively check quality, guide your team through their daily tasks, and help maintain an efficient, well‑organised operation that delivers an exceptional experience for every guest.

What you will be doing...

• Ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptionally clean, safe, and well‑maintained holiday homes for our guests.
• Conducting regular inspections and checks of holiday homes to ensure cleanliness standards are being met, taking action to fix any non‑compliance issues immediately.
• Cleaning holiday homes, lodges and glamping pods (where applicable) to our high brand standards.
• Ensuring your team have the right tools and stocks to do their job efficiently and effectively.
• Putting our guests first, you and your team will build positive relationships to resolve guest queries with minimal disruption to their stay with us.
• Creating a culture within your team to consistently deliver high standards and respond positively to guest feedback.
• Assist with the onboarding and training of new team members, providing ongoing development and support through on‑the‑job coaching
• Provide your team with feedback and support based on performance data
• Ensuring you and your team are compliant with health and safety regulations, COSHH and all other company policies and procedures.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, linen and guest amenities, reporting low levels to the Accommodation Manager or Assistant Accommodation Manager.

About you...

• Experience supervising a team.
• The ability to access accommodation to perform checks and deliver hands‑on cleaning services, performing physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods of time.
• The flexibility to be able to work to suit business needs which includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays as required.
• The ability to work at a fast pace, communicating and carrying out complex plans of work efficiently and effectively.
• A leadership style that gets the best out of diverse teams.
• A full UK driving licence.
