Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a hands-on Cleaner to ensure holiday homes are spotless, safe, and welcoming for guests. You will manage your workload to hit daily cleaning targets while adhering to COSHH guidelines and using company-supplied chemicals safely.

Flexibility is key as you may work weekends, evenings and bank holidays. A positive, friendly attitude helps you build rapport with guests and contributes to the Parkdean guest experience across our parks.

Qualifications

• Access to accommodation to deliver hands-on cleaning services, including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work across varied days including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
• Capable of fast-paced work while communicating and carrying out plans efficiently.
• Positive and friendly manner in interactions with guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean holiday homes to high-quality brand standards.
• Manage own workload to complete required number of cleans in allocated time.
• Use company cleaning chemicals safely within COSHH guidelines.
• Build positive relationships with guests to resolve queries with minimal disruption to stays.
• Use feedback to improve quality and efficiency of work.

Join us as our new Cleaner, where you’ll play a vital role in creating an exceptional first impression for every guest. Your work is hands-on and practical, ensuring our holiday homes are cleaned to the highest standards so guests can enjoy a space that is safe, spotless, and beautifully presented. Your attention to detail will help make every stay feel special.

What you will be doing...

• Cleaning holiday homes to our high-quality brand standards.
• Managing your own workload to deliver the required number of cleans in the allocated time
• Ensure you are using company supplied chemicals and cleaning materials safely, within COSHH guidelines
• Putting our guests first, you will build positive relationships to resolve guest queries with minimal disruption to their stay with us.
• Proactively use feedback to enhance the quality and efficiency of your work.
• Report any faults, repairs or other issues to the Accommodation Supervisor promptly.

About you...

• The ability to access accommodation to deliver hands-on cleaning services, performing physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods of time.
