Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking an Access Lead to support and coordinate operational delivery across multiple client sites. You will lead the access and outage administration team, manage documentation, and ensure safety and compliance standards are met.

The role combines day-to-day leadership with admin coordination, ensuring timely RAMS, job packs, and purchase orders, while maintaining clear communication between field engineers, suppliers, and client representatives. Hybrid pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, coordination, or project support roles.
• Experience leading a small administrative, operational, or project support team.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Confident communication with clients, internal teams, suppliers, and field engineers.
• Familiarity with document management systems and portals.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the access and outage administration team.
• Raise internal purchase order requests aligned with project requirements.
• Submit, track, and follow up on resource requests ensuring KPI progress.
• Coordinate site access via email, phone, and portal systems; obtain permissions.
• Create and maintain structured site folders and ensure document control standards.
• Coach and mentor team members to support continuous improvement and consistent processes.
