Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd is seeking an Outage Manager to lead planning and execution of approximately 100 planned outages within a major infrastructure programme across water, wastewater and utilities sectors. The role requires coordinating across construction, MEICA and operational teams to minimise disruption to live operations.

You will manage strategy, scheduling, labour and contractor resources, ensure electrical isolations, permits and documentation are in place, and provide on-site

Qualifications

• Experience planning and managing complex outages, shutdowns or isolations within water, wastewater, utilities, process engineering or similar operational infrastructure environments.
• Electrical background and relevant electrical qualification are essential.
• Ability to coordinate across construction, MEICA and operational teams and manage contractors.
• Knowledge of electrical isolation principles and related safety controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead outage planning from initial strategy and planning through to live delivery for approximately 100 outages.
• Develop detailed schedules, coordinate labour, engineers, technicians, contractors, plant and equipment.
• Manage electrical isolations, permits, documentation and controls before work begins.
• Provide on-site coordination during live outages, monitor progress and ensure safety, quality and programme requirements.
