Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Assistant Divisional Manager to support Access Operations during a major transformation, including an EPR rollout and the move to a new building. The role focuses on Booking Centre functions, referral registration, appointment booking, waiting list management and patient enquiries.

You will provide leadership to Booking Centre teams, contribute to service improvements and work with clinical and operational colleagues to ensure

Competenze

• Substantial operational management experience in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of NHS access targets, waiting lists (RTT) and patient administration.
• Proven ability to lead service improvement and manage budgets.

Mansioni

• Support delivery of Access Operations services to ensure responsive, efficient patient care.
• Lead Booking Centre teams and supervise referral registration, appointment bookings and waiting lists.
• Drive transformation projects and contribute to EPR implementation and wider organisational change.
• Support workforce planning, staff development and employee relations matters.
• Deputise for the Divisional Manager when required.
