You will supervise field engineers, provide technical guidance, review reports, and drive high first-time fix rates while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Access Control / Security Systems.
• Experience in supervising field-based engineers or similar roles.
• Strong reading of engineer reports, photographs and technical information.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of field-based Access Control and Security Engineers.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance to engineers and assist with complex fault-finding.
• Review engineer reports, service reports and fault findings; ensure high first-time fix rates.
