Job summary

The Wiggett Group is seeking an experienced Access Control Service Engineer to deliver planned servicing, reactive maintenance and fault repairs on social housing sites across London. You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs and maintain systems to ensure residents' safety and compliance, while delivering excellent customer service on-site.

Site work is field-based, often on live occupied properties. You will work autonomously, manage your daily workload, and represent the Wiggett Group

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Security / Access Control Service Engineer.
Hands-on experience with access control systems (standalone & networked).
Full UK driving licence.
Knowledge of health & safety practices on occupied sites.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned servicing and preventative maintenance of access control systems.
Diagnose and rectify faults on access control systems as part of reactive works.
Attend emergency call-outs to restore system functionality promptly.
Test systems after repairs to confirm full operation.
Complete accurate job reports, service records and compliance documentation.
