Job summary

Arden University is seeking a Project Manager to support the Provost Office in delivering projects and change initiatives. You will develop plans, coordinate cross-team activities and maintain regular stakeholder communication to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.

The role requires experience in Higher Education or large organisations, strong project-management knowledge, and the ability to manage risks and dependencies. Fixed-term contract for 6 months, 37 hours/week, in Coventry.

• This role requires experience in project management with ability to plan, track, and report.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects and change initiatives within the Provost Office, ensuring activities are planned, coordinated and delivered on time, within scope and to required quality.
• Develop and maintain clear project plans, coordinating activities across project teams and engaging stakeholders through regular communication, reporting, meetings, workshops and feedback.
• Manage projects through the delivery lifecycle from scoping and requirements gathering to implementation, handover and closure, including new systems, processes and ways of working.
