Job summary

The Queen Mary Academy at Queen Mary University of London is hiring an education specialist to design, deliver and coordinate a university-wide development portfolio for academic staff. You will lead teaching across formats and contribute to strategic educational initiatives.

You will support delivery of the Certificate in Learning and Teaching (CILT) and the Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PGCAP), shaping engaging courses and workshops across the university.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and coordinating an educational development portfolio for academic staff.
• Experience delivering teaching in higher education, including multiple formats.
• Ability to align provision with institutional strategy and needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the university-wide development portfolio for the Queen Mary Academy.
• Design and deliver courses and workshops, including CILT and PGCAP.
• Contribute to the Academy's strategic initiatives under the 2030 Strategy.
• Engage colleagues across platforms with clear, accessible communication.
